- Phone-number privacy settings: can affect what the other person can see.
Does Turning Off Sync Contacts Change This?
Turning off contact syncing can reduce automatic matching between your phone's address book and Telegram. It still does not create or remove a “contact saved” notification because Telegram does not send that type of alert in the first place.
